偶联剂对木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF性能的影响

摘    要:为了提高木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF的性能,通过将KH-550硅氧烷偶联剂喷施岩棉纤维表面以及将KH-550硅氧烷偶联剂直接与脲醛树脂胶黏剂混合,采用不同摩尔比的脲醛树脂制造木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF。研究了偶联剂用量、脲醛树脂摩尔比等对木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF静曲强度、内结合强度、甲醛释放量、氧指数等的影响。实验结果表明,1)KH-550硅氧烷偶联剂可以有效提高木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF的静曲强度与内结合强度,当添加量为岩棉质量的0.5%时,两者分别可以提高12%与20%以上;2)KH-550硅氧烷偶联剂可以有效降低木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF的甲醛释放量,当添加量为岩棉质量的1.0%时,甲醛释放量可以降低50%以上;3)KH-550硅氧烷偶联剂对提高木材/岩棉纤维复合MDF的阻燃性没有明显贡献。

Abstract:In order to improve the performances of the wood/rock wool medium density fiber board (W/R-MDF),the KH-550 silane coupling a- gent was used to treat the rock wool and to mix with the urea-formaldehyde (UF) resin and several UF resins with different molar ratio were adopted to produce composite W/R-MDF.The effects of the amount of KH-550 silane coupling agent and the molar ratio of UF resin on the mechanical proper- ties,formaldehyde emission,and oxygen index(OI) of the W/R-MDF were studied.The experimental results indicated that 1) KH-550 silane cou- pling agent could enhance the static modulus of rupture(MOR) and the internal bond strength(IB) of W/R-MDF effectively,and when the adding a- mount was 0.5% of the rock wool by weight,the former increased 12% and the later increased 20%;2) KH-550 silane coupling agent could reduce the formaldehyde emission of W/R-MDF effectively,and when the adding amount was 1.0% of the rock wool by weight,the reduction of the formalde- hyde emission was more than 50%;3) KH-550 silane coupling agent could contribute little on flame resistance to the W/R-MDF.
