大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥施工应力监测

摘    要:赣江西支特大桥主桥为70+110+110+70(m)预应力混凝土变截面连续梁桥,将钢弦应变传感元件用于该桥施工控制中,实施箱梁关键截面的应力跟踪测试。通过对应力数据的处理与误差分析,使实测应力更接近于结构实际受力状态,从而为结构应力分析、结构设计变更和施工质量评价提供了依据。

Construction stress monitoring of large span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge

Abstract:The main bridge of West-tributary Grand bridge of Ganjiang River is of prestres sed concrete non-uniform continuous beam bridges with span arrangement 70+110+ 110+70(m),during the construction control of this bridge,a set of string-wir e strain sensing units were installed at its key sections for measuring the stru cture stress.Through stress data processing and error analysis,the stress test results are approximate to the structure actual stress.It provides a basis for structure stress analysis,structure design change and construction quality eva luation.
