| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内区域电网AGC系统的各种控制方式及发展趋势;探讨了电力市场中AGC调节容量需求的计算方法及各种AGC交易决策方式;提出了适合于区域共同市场的AGC交易模式;指出必须根据区域电网AGC控制方式、AGC机组的数量、可调容量及系统发电充裕度选择AGC交易模式。

| Abstract: | Regional electricity markets are being constructed i n China, which includes two market modes: uniform market and layered market. Since most of the electricity markets in the world are uniform market, there is a lac k of experience for layered market construction. In this paper, problems about A GC ancillary service trade are discussed. The control modes of AGC system as wel l as its evolution for regional grid of China and AGC trade optimization algorit hms are introduced. A practical calculation method for AGC requirement and AGC t rade modes for layered market are proposed. Analysis shows that the selection of AGC trade mode should be based on the AGC control mode and adequacy of AGC capa city and power generation capacity. |
