The Application of Cryptography in the Inviting Public Bidding and Bidding of Construction Engineering on Network

This paper introduces the application of encryption technology in the inviting public bidding and bidding of construction engineering on network .The inviting public bidding and bidding of construction engineering can be divided into the following procedures: the sending of the message, the returning of the message of the companies which intend to bid for the construction engineering,the check of qualification,the purchase of the design papers,the sending of bids, the appraisal of bids, the sending of the note of success bid, the making contract of construction etc..The application of encryption technology is introduced in the first six procedures in this paper.
