| 摘 要： | 矿业城市的转型是包括中国在内很多国家共同面临的问题.针对当前我国矿业城市转型所出现的问题,本文分析了矿业城市对国民经济和社会发展的作用与影响,进行了矿业城市转型重要性认识阶段的划分,研究了矿业城市转型的若干重大问题,并针对这些问题提出转型的发展战略.
