铜锌混合精矿浮选分离试验研究

铜锌硫化矿浮选分离一直是选矿界的难题.针对铜锌混合精矿嵌布粒度微细、残留药量大、次生铜离子活化闪锌矿的特点进行了浮选试验研究.试验研究结果表明,活性炭和硫化钠配合脱药效果显著,捕收剂乙硫氮具有更好的捕收性和选择性,新型抑制剂FS与硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠组合使用能有效抑制闪锌矿.在铜锌混合精矿中铜品位7.88％、锌品位22.45％的条件下,经过一次粗选获得精矿铜品位为16.85％,回收率为62.50％,精矿中锌互含降到了7.53％.
