| 摘 要： | 近十年,我国矿业领域投资快速增长.地质勘查投入、采选业投资和矿物冶炼压延加工业分别占矿业总投资的4％、36％和60％,结构严重不平衡.投资结构不平衡,导致上游的原材料供应紧张和矿业发展的后劲不足.国内主要矿产储量增速远低于消费增速.采矿业和矿物源材料加工业固定资产投资增速与全国城镇固定资产投资基本一致.部分矿业产业投资依然过热,产能过剩趋势明显.能源矿产、非金属和化学原料制品业分别成为采矿业、矿物原材料加工业的主要投资对象.建立储量和矿业权动态监测数据库,改革储量评价体系,以矿业投资结构状况为晴雨表,调整工作重点,引导矿业平衡发展.

| Abstract: | The results indicated that Fixed Assets Investment has been rapid increased in the mining field in China during 10 years from 2001 to 2010.The investment on geological exploration,mining and separating industry and minerals manufacture with the ratio of the total Fixed Assets Investment in the mining field was 4%,36% and 60% respectively.Investment structure was unbalance seriously which generate deficiency of raw materials and mining development.The increasing speed of main mining resources reserve was low... |
