In China,since 1993,the interdependency of foreign oil becomes an essential problem.Our feeling moves along with the wave of global oil price for the interdependency.According to the State Statistics Bureau data,from January to June,the whole crude output is 103 million tons with 4.6% growth rate.For the General Administration of Customs data,oil import is 126 million tons with 7.0% growth rate.Because that import is larger than product,the oil interdependency is 55.4%.In addition that our oil consumption i...
