济钢球团配加钠基膨润土试验研究

摘    要:钠基土膨润土粘性大、配加量小,使用钠基土是球团减少膨润土消耗的有效措施之一。针对济钢球团粘结剂消耗较高的情况,本文在对钠基土产地考察的基础上,分析了钠基土的化学成分与物理特性,在实验室对8个钠基土样进行了造球试验和球团指标测试,并根据试验数据,对钠基土实用效果进行了综合评价。结果表明,钠基土能有效降低球团膨润土用量,在保证生球质量下,钠基土与钙基土的替代比能达到1∶1.6左右,其中5#钠基土最优。
