硝酸提浓改造过程中高效NH3-SCR脱硝催化剂开发及工业应用

摘    要:针对硝酸工业装置尾气特点研究开发NH_3-SCR脱硝催化剂,在空速40 000 h~(-1)和入口NOx浓度1 000×10~(-6)条件下,NH_3-SCR脱硝催化剂最佳反应温度为370℃,NOx出口浓度20×10~(-6),脱除率达98%。经过1 000 h寿命评价,脱除率超过95%,脱硝催化剂表现出良好的活性。根据实际需要进行条型和蜂窝型脱硝催化剂工业生产,条型和蜂窝型脱硝催化剂均能满足硝酸装置提浓改造后尾气NOx浓度增加的要求,催化剂效率高,装填量小,系统压降小,NOx出口浓度20×10~(-6),条型脱硝催化剂反应器压降4.5 kPa,蜂窝型脱硝催化剂反应器压降2 kPa。

Abstract:NH3-SCR denitration catalyst was designed for the tail gas of nitric acid industrial unit.Under the conditions of space velocity of 40 000 h-1 and inlet NOx concentration of 1 000×10-6,the optimal reaction temperature of the NH3-SCR denitration catalyst was 370 ℃,outlet NOx concentration was less than 20×10-6,and NOx conversion was over 98%.After 1 000 h stability test,the NOx conversion was over 95%,and the denitration catalyst exhibited good activity.According to the actual needs,industrial strip type and honeycomb type denitration catalyst were produced which both could meet the requirement of increasing NOx concentration in the tail gas after nitric acid concentration modification.The catalyst efficiency is high,the packing mass is small,the pressure drop of the system is small,and the concentration of the NOx outlet is less than 20×10-6.The pressure drop of the strip type denitration catalyst reactor is less than 4.5 kPa,and the pressure drop of the honeycomb type denitration catalyst reactor is less than 2 kPa.
