城市供水管网黄锈水控制技术

摘    要:为了控制城镇供水管网中黄锈水污染现象,采用 EPANETH 软件对供水管网进行水力、水质模拟,将阀门的开启度变化作为控制供水管网水流流态的主要因素,模拟不同阀门开启度下的黄锈水浊度,并将数据整理为一个数值模拟矩阵,运用非线性映射原理将该数值模拟矩阵转换为低维的点集。以降低管网中黄锈水浊度为目标,依据非线性映射原理对低维的点集进行聚类分组。在分组的点集里分别选出最具代表性的点,所选点的集合即阀门优化调度的组合。对阀门组合每一开启度下的浊度值进行多次采集,得出最佳开启度组合。模拟结果表明: 最佳的阀门号调度组合为: 5,13,60,36,65,41; 对应的开启度分别为: 50% ,50% ,70% ,50% ,80% ,60% ; 对应阀门处黄锈水的浊度分别降低: 6. 86 NTU、5. 00 NTU、6. 38 NTU、2. 07 NTU、8. 01 NTU、2. 59 NTU。研究结果对于控制城镇供水管网中的黄锈水现象具有参考价值。

Abstract:In order to control the yellow rust water pollution in the urban water supply pipeline network,hydraulic and water quality simulation is made on the water supply pipeline network with the software—EPANETH,in which the change of valve opening degree is taken as the main factor to control the flow pattern inside the pipeline network,and then the turbidities of the yellow rust water for different valve opening degrees are simulated,while the data are sorted out into a numerical simulation matrix,which is then converted into a low-dimensional point set with the nonlinear mapping principle. Taking lowering the turbidity of the yellow rust water inside the pipeline network as the target,clustering and grouping are made on the low-dimensional point set in accordance with the nonlinear mapping principle. The most representative points are respectively selected from the grouped point set and the aggregation of the selected points is the combination of the optimal valve operations. The turbidities for all the opening degrees of valve combination are collected for several times,thus the optimal opening degree combinations are obtained. The simulation result shows that optimal operation combinations of valve numbers are 5,13,60,36,65,41,while the corresponding opening degrees are: 50% ,50% ,70% ,50% ,80% ,60% and the turbidities at the corresponding valves are lowered by 6. 86 NTU,5. 00 NTU,6. 38 NTU,2. 07 NTU,8. 01 NTU,2. 59 NTU respectively. The study result has a referential significance for control of the yellow rust water inside the urban water supply pipeline network.
