电力企业智能发电技术规范体系架构

摘    要:第四次工业革命的兴起促使能源领域发生变革。在发电技术转型革命之中,智能发电是发电企业转型发展的重要方向。以电力企业智能发电建设规划为出发点,阐释了企业编制智能发电系列技术规范的思路和内容。重点介绍了智能火电技术规范的主要内容,从功能实现的角度构建由智能发电运行控制系统和智能发电公共服务系统组成的智能火电技术总体架构,提出可用于指导实践的功能要求与应用原则。同时结合其他发电形式具体特点,介绍了智能风电、光伏发电和水电技术规范内容。最后,针对电力企业开展智能发电建设工作提出了深入思考和建议。

Abstract:The rise of the fourth industrial revolution prompts significant changes in the energy sector. The intelligent power generation is an important direction of the technology transformation for power generation enterprises. Based on the planning of intelligent power generation in electric power enterprises, the ideas and contents of the technical specification compilation are explained with the focus on the intelligent thermal power generation technology. The framework of the intelligent thermal power generation technology composed of the operation control system and the public service system from the view of function implementation is presented. The functional requirements and application principles that can be used to guide the practice are proposed as well. At the same time, by considering the characteristics of other power generation forms, the technical specifications for intelligent wind, photovoltaic and hydro power generation are introduced briefly. Finally, it puts forward some deep thoughts and suggestions on the construction of intelligent power generation for power enterprises.
