摘    要:海底管道在使用过程中,会由于各种原因而损坏,严重时需要更换损坏的管段,海底管道干式维修技术就是解决这一问题的方法之一。为了形成干式维修的环境,需要用封堵器将敞开的管口封住。新设计的封堵器是为配合海底管道干式维修工艺而专门研究的,它具有封堵压差大、可自解封等特点,由此可以将送进封堵器的工艺孔去除后,再进行干式维修,改变了以往工艺孔只能保留在修复后的管道上的传统做法,在一定程度上提高了管道修复后的完整性,减小了安全隐患。

Abstract:In the process of production, subsea pipeline failures will be caused for various reasons and pipe sections will be replaced as severe damage is induced. The technique for subsea pipeline dry maintenance is one of the methods for solving the problems. For the purpose of creating a dry maintenance environment, a plug is needed to block an open pipe outlet. A new plug is designed especially for matching with the subsea pipeline dry maintenance, which has the properties of high pressure difference and self broken down, therefore a process hole sent inside the plug is removed and then dry maintenance is carried out, by which the traditional practice of keeping the process hole on repaired pipeline is changed, the integrality of repaired pipeline is improved to certain degree and trouble of safety is reduced.
