蜗轮箱体铸造工艺分析与应用

摘    要:大型蜗轮箱体铸件结构复杂,大量使用型芯做出型腔和型体。分析了型芯的设置与装配特点,改进型芯的成分,完善装配与支撑方式,选择合理的工艺参数,保证了铸件的质量和形位公差等要求。

Abstract:Foundry technologies of the large-scale worm gear case formed by using lots of cores in impression and appearance are designed by analysis of casting structural characteristics.The improving and perfecting of cores containing the ingredient of sodium silicate bonded sand,assemble and support,the craft parameter are completed.Finally,the worm gear case casting whose contour tolerance,quality can meet the requests is made successfully.
