| 摘 要： | 对凸凹模独立驱动提出了有效的实现技术,即通过精密滚珠丝杠对凸凹模分别进行独立驱动并准确定位;在滚珠丝杠的端部安装制动器,当凸凹模具运动到位,先通过制动器制动滚珠丝杠,然后再开始冲压.具备该技术的压力机,可以实现对大宽度板材的加工,减少生产工序,降低生产成本.

| Abstract: | An effective technology was proposed to drive die and punch independently. By using precision ball screw, die and punch were independently driven and positioned accurately. Brake was installed at the top of the ball screw. When die and punch moved to the right position, the ball screw was stopped at first and then began pressing. Press with this technology could realize manufacturing sheet with large width, reducing production procedures and lowering manufacturing cost. |
