摘    要:文章在综合考虑拉深筋阻力及板料变形两方面影响的基础上,提出了拉深筋结构参数优化模型,建立了基于数值模拟技术的拉深筋结构参数离散优化算法——DGPOP算法。该算法融合了以往的拉深筋研究工作,具有很高的计算效率和计算精度。算法采用MSC.Marc软件作为数值模拟平台,并通过实验对数值模拟模型进行了校正。优化程序采用Python语言开发,内嵌于MSC.Marc软件中。实算表明,该算法收敛快,计算结果可靠,便于在工程实践中应用。

Abstract:In the paper,a geometrical parameter optimization model of drawbead is proposed and a drawbead geometrical parameters discrete optimized algorithm(DGPOP algorithm for short) depending on numerical simulation technology is established on the base of considering the effects of the drawbead resistance and sheet metal deformation.By combining the previous drawbead research,the DGPOP algorithm has a higher calculating efficiency.The software MSC.Marc is chosen as the platform of numerical calculating,and the simulation model is revised by experiment.The DGPOP algorithm is programmed using Python language,and is embedded in the MSC.Marc.The verify example shows that the DGPOP algorithm is better in convergence and can obtain reliable results.So it can meet the requirements of engineering design in practice.
