| 摘 要： | 介绍利用堆焊熔敷技术生产制造立柱中缸。针对立柱中缸的结构特点,提出堆焊具体方法、方案,并从理论上分析了27SiMn管堆焊技术应用的可行性,结合生产实际过程,就焊材、焊接工艺、焊后热处理等几个方面提出一些建议,同时对应用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces making use of deposited metal technique to make the middle cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder. And aim at the construction characteristics of the middle cylinder, puts forward the surfacing method, project in a heap of weld, analyzes a 27SiMn tube the applied possibility of surfacing technique combine with theory, combine the combination produce the actual process, the welding material, welding procedure, postweld heat treatment etc., puts forward the some suggestion, at the same time to apply the foreground proceeded the outlook. |
