| 摘 要： | 分析了影响铝镁合金空气分馏塔塔体现场焊接质量的因素，系统地介绍了采用交流手工钨极氩弧焊方法进行铝制空分塔焊接的工艺及操作技术。实践证明，所选择的工艺是合理的、可行的，施焊是成功的。

| Abstract: | A number of facts affecting field welding quality of aluminium-magnesium alloy5A04(LF4)air distillation tower are analyzed in the paper.In order to obtain high quality welds by using manual TIG welding technology.The welding procedure and operation mathod are also put forward.It has been proved that the technique is reasonable and high quality of weld can be obtained successfully. |
