| 摘 要： | 介绍了将保护、监控、通讯及网络技术融为一体,组成分布式的网络计算机监控系统.该系统可实现工业现场各种设备的控制及参数设置,并可将相应的各种电气参数和控制现场各种设备的运行状况在监控主机上显示出来,为管理者提供所需的多种信息.对低压变配电站实现"4遥"功能,以达到在中央控制室能够监视和控制整个低压变配电系统.

| Abstract: | The protection,monitoring,communication and the network technology was integrated,then the distributional network computer monitoring system was proposed.The system can realize the control of all kind of apparatus and the parameter setup in industrial local,and it can display the corresponding electric parameters and the equipments actual operation on the monitoring host.All those useful information for the manager.The system can realize "four remote" function for substation of low voltage,can monitor and control the entire transforming and distributing system of low voltage in the central controlling room. |
