气动发动机排气活塞的有限元分析

摘    要:为了减少活塞排气气动发动机排气冲程过程中的负功,对气动发动机排气活塞进行了实体建模,同时导入排气阀和活塞销并基于ANSYSWorkbench分析了活塞的应力和综合变形,结果表明排气孔的直径还可适当增大。

Abstract:In order to reduce negative work in the process of exhaust stroke of piston-exhausting air-powered engine, a solid exhaust piston of pneumatic engine is modeled, at the same time, taking into exhaust valve and piston pin, analyzing stress and synthesis of deformation of piston based on ANSYS Workbench, the results show that the diameter of vent can be appropriately increased.
