内孔翻边时变形区应力应变规律研究

摘    要:内孔翻边是冲压成形生产中的一个常用工序,变形区的变形特征是一种物理和几何非线形的变形过程.用主应力法对内孔翻边成形过程中变形区的应力、应变及模具上的受力进行了理论分析,得出了变形区的应力、应变随冲模斜角的变化规律.结合具体算例,用ADINA软件模拟了变形区的应力、应变及模具上的受力,得出了与理论分析相同的结论,即翻边使变形区变薄;材料会沿径向收缩;冲模斜角越大,孔边缘处等效应变越大,冲压力也越大.

Abstract:Inner-hole burring form process is a common procedure in forming process and the distortion feature in strain zones is also a physical and geometry non- linear combination distortion process. The stress, strain and the mold force are analyzed by using the main stress method and the stress strain change rule along with the die angle of the inside hole flange forming area is obtained. Using concrete calculated example, the stress, strain and the mold stress are simulated with ADINA software It is shown that the simulation results of the stress strain change rule along with the die angle are in good accordance with that of the main stress method. The material is becoming thinner and contracts in radius direction with burring, the bigger the die angle, the larger the strain of the hole edge and the force on die are.
