本文通过对“小群体学习法”概念和特征的理解，明确揭示“小群体学习法”的作用以及应用注意的事项；充分认识到“小群体学习法”是一眼好的教学互动循环体系，也是一种课堂效率极高的教学组织形式，掌握技术提高技能快，教师指导自然及时，学生锻炼主动积极，学习兴趣浓，师生之间，学生之间交流频繁，是教师在教学中不可缺不的教学手段。本人通过几年的探索和实践，取得一定的成绩，现供大家参考。
