铁路运输罐形容器的静强度分析

摘    要:利用有限元ANSYS软件对铁路运输罐形容器进行了静强度分析,同时按传统压力容器的设计计算方法,进行了经验计算。两者相比较,突出了有限元方法的优点,即适应性强,便于得出罐体任意位置的应力和应变。最后,根据计算结果总结出了对改进设计具有较大参考价值的结论。

Abstract:In this paper, the strength analysis for a railage tank was completed with the finite element method's software ANSYS.In the same time , The experience calculation was done according to the traditional designing mode of a pressure vessel.By comparing them, the good quality of finite element method(FEM) was showed, which it is widely flexible and convenient to get the stress and strain anywhere in the tank. In the end, the conclusions were summarized by results calculated, which was better valuable to improve the tank's design.
