铂族金属在不对称催化中的应用

摘    要:不对称催化近30年来取得了很大应用和进展。3位该领域的科学家因其卓越的工作获得了2001年度的诺贝尔化学奖。铂族金属,尤其是钌、铑、钯在不对称催化中起着不可替代的作用。本文综述了铂族金属不对称催化在医药、农药和香精行业中的应用情况,指出了影响其工业化的因素和已有的工业化实例。

Abstract:Asymmetric catalysis which widely used in synthesis of medicine, pesticide, perfume has made rapid progress in recent 30 years, three scientists reward the chemistry Noble award of 2001 for excellent work in this field. Platinum-group metals, specially rhodium, ruthenuium and palladium are in large part responsible for the development of asymmetric catalysis. The industry applications in asymmetric catalysis of platinum-group metals are reviewed; the effect factors in industrialization were also expounded.
