| 摘 要： | 本文在研究当前电子政务模型的基础上,分析了电子政务的安全需求,基于信息安全和信息保障的思想,提出了可生存的电子政务安全策略模型。基于这一模型构建的电子政务系统,具有更好的安全性、健壮性和可生存性。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, after investigating the existing model of e-government and analyzing the security re- quirement for e-government, a survivable and security policy model for e-government is presented. This model is based on the idea of information security and information insurance. The e-government system based on this model is more security and robust. |
