高速数字信号完整性设计

摘    要:信号完整性是高速电子设计技术的一个术语,就是说不管面对什么物理现象,电子设计可以使数字信号按位数工作,而不会出现问题。高速数字信号的产生过程中存在着无法忽视的电磁场,使得连线产生天线效应,传输信号出现失真、干扰和变形,造成了电学信号的不整洁性。采用阻抗匹配设计、数字信号端接设计可以有效地保证高速数字信号传输的完整性。

Abstract:The signal integrality is a term of high-speed electronic technology. In other words, when an electronic device makes digital signals work according to digit, no problem will occur despite any physical phenomena. However, an electronic-magnetic field exists in the process of producing high-speed digital signals, which may turn the lines work as antennas. Also the signals being transmitted may be distorted, interfered and deformed, which results in non-integrality of electronic signals. The integrality design of high-speed digital signals can be ensured if impedance match design and digital signals end-meeting design are adopted.
