浅析飞来峡磁极改造对机组温升的影响

摘    要:飞来峡发电机组由于设计方面的缺陷,造成了运行温度高、冷却效果低、磁极阻尼棒熔断、机组 限负荷运行等情况。因而拟对其进行磁极改造,以改善发电机定转子之间的槽配合,增大电机气隙、增 加阻尼棒截面积。本文根据发电机组温升的变化,分析磁极改造对机组温升的影响。

Abstract:Owing to the defect of design, the units of Feilaixia HPP have to run with limited load because of the poor cooling effect high temperature , and melted damper bar. Therefore, the magnetic pole has to be renovated, so as to improve the slot conjugation, enlarge the air gap of generator set, extend the section area of the damper bar. This article analyzes the influence upon the units' rising temperature to be brought by renovation of magnetic pole temperature according to the changing trend of the units' temperature.
