内蒙古某铅锌矿铅锌分离的研究与实践

摘    要:内蒙古某铅锌矿矿石中含有次主铜矿物,游离出大量的铜离子,活化了闪锌矿,使铅锌可浮性差异变小,浮选铅锌精矿互含严重超标,且铅锌放品位和回收率指标很低。试验采用铅锌混选、铅锌分离的工艺流程及适宜工艺条件,使铅锌精矿成为合格产品,品位和回收率大幅度提高。

Abstract:A certain lead zinc ore in Inner Mongolia consists of secondary copper ions and the sphalerite is activated by copper ions. It makes the flotability differences between the lead and zinc minerals become small.The amounts of the zinc contained in the lead and the lead contained in the zinc concentrate are over the standard level.The grade and recovery for both lead and zinc concentrates are very low.The flowsheet of bulk flotation of the lead and zinc minerals followed by separation and the moderate technology conditions were employed in this experiment.It made the concentrates of the lead and zinc qualified.The grade and recovery of the lead and zinc concentrates were considerably enhanced
