摘    要:根据热轧粗轧机的特点,采用了三维实体建模技术对某热轧生产线轧机区主要设备进行了三维实体建模,并对模型进行了装配分析及干涉检查。该方法提高了设计准确性和设计效率,节省了设计时间。

Abstract:The equipment to be set up in the rolling area in a hot mill production line was designed according to the character of hot rough min. A three dimensional model of the main equipment was constructed by using three dimensional parametric modeling. The assembly analysis and interference checking were performed to the model. The method not just increases the design preciseness and efficiency, but saves design time as well.
