| 摘 要： | 应用ＣＡＡ技术研究模拟了ＰＩＮ二极管的电参数特性，并用于数控衰减器的ＣＡＤ。频率范围：１．０～１．７ＧＨｚ，衰减范围：２，４，８，１６ｄＢ，插入损耗≤２．３ｄＢ，ＶＳＷＲ≤２．０。

| Abstract: | The electrical properties of the PIN diode are simulated by CAA technology which used for designing the digital control attenuator.Its frequency range is 1. 0～1. 7GHz, and its attenuation range is 2, 4, 8 and 16dB,with insertion loss≤2.3dB, and VSWR≤2.0. |
