注水井活动洗井技术在水网地区的研究与应用

摘    要:针对水网地区注水井洗井液外排污染环境、固定式洗井流程网投资大、洗井能耗高等问题,进行了注水井活动洗井技术的研究与应用,对传统的注水井洗井污水排放泥浆池的洗井液回收流程进行了改进,形成了一套完整的具有水网地区油田特色的注水井活动洗井技术,使洗井污水处理回收效果得到了明显地改善,实现了污油、污水不落地,达到了节约资源、保护环境的目的。

Abstract:In water area,waster water would pollute the environment to discharge the flushing fluid of the water injector.The cost of the fixed well-flushing flowsheet is great and the energy cost is big.This paper studies the moving water injector well-flushing technique.Through the improvement on the traditional flushing fluid receiving flowsheet of waste water discharge mud pit,a new moving water injector well-flushing technique used to water oil area is formed.It improves the well-flushing waste water receiving result,and the waste oil and water wouldn't fall on earth.This technique can't only save resource,but also protect the environment.
