化学灌浆技术在云南某大型水电站坝体裂缝治理中的应用

摘    要:云南某大型水电站坝体混凝土由于多种原因产生了多条贯穿或不贯穿的裂缝,严重影响了大坝的安全运行,经专家研究论证,宜采用化学灌浆技术对坝体混凝土裂缝进行处理。本文介绍了该水电站裂缝分布情况及产生的原因、化学灌浆施工技术要求、施工过程和化灌质量的评定情况。

Abstract:Many through or non-through cracks were produced due to various causes in concrete dam body of a large hydropower station,Yunnan,affecting seriously safety of the dam.Experts prove suitability of chemical grouting technology in cracking treatment of the dam.The article describes crack distribution of the dam and reasons for it,specification for chemical grouting,application and quality evaluation.
