在高炉喷吹煤粉中添加高炉除尘灰的试验研究

摘    要:通过高炉喷吹煤粉中添加一定比例除尘灰的试验发现,随着煤粉中除尘灰含量的增加,灰分含量(Ad)明显增加,挥发份(Vdaf)略有减少,固定碳含量(FCad)也呈减少趋势;煤粉的灰熔点总体呈升高趋势,煤粉的发热量明显降低;煤粉的燃烧速度明显加快;除尘灰中的Fe得以顺利回收。从而实现了除尘灰更有效地回收和利用,为高炉节能减排开辟一条新的途径。

Abstract:Research on adding a percentage of dedusting ash from blast furnace shows that ash content in the coal powder increase rapidly,Volatile(Vdaf) and fixed carbon content decrease slightly with more dedusting ash.Melting point of coal powder rise and calorific capacity of coal powder decrease sharply.Burning rate of coal powder speed up obviously.Fe in the dedusting ash can recover smoothly,which can recover and utilize dedusting ash effectively,open up a new way on energy saving and emission reduction in blast furnace.
