桥梁预应力孔道真空辅助压浆施工技术

摘    要:后张法预应力桥梁在投入使用一段时间后,会发现在预应力波纹管位置的混凝土表面出现渗水、钢筋锈迹以及波纹管位置的混凝土碳化程度大等病害,这主要是由于孔道压浆不饱满、浆体密实度不够引起,为弥补已往常规桥梁预应力孔道压浆工艺存在的不足,提高孔道压浆质量,采用真空辅助压浆新技术对后张法预应力孔道进行压浆,这项技术使得压浆后浆体盈满孔道,密实程度高.江苏省高速公路建设中首次在临连高速公路桥梁施工中采用这一新工艺,经检测效果良好.

Abstract:After working for a period of time,post-tensioned prestressed bridge has some problems such as water seepage,rusty steel bar and severe carbonization on concrete surface in the location of prestressed corrugated pipe,which are mainly due to the inadequate pore grouting and low slurry density.To make up for past conventional channels prestressed grouting technology gaps and improve the quality of pore grouting,new technologies of vacuum grouting on post-tensioned prestressed pore are used.After using the vac...
