摘    要:为查清紫金山铜矿溶剂萃取铜过程界面乳化的原因,采用X射线衍射和界面张力等现代分析检测手段,考察了铜溶剂萃取过程中固体微粒的组成和来源以及不同pH值条件下不同种类的固体微粒对有机相,水相间界面张力的影响。研究表明,固体微粒是界面乳化的主要诱因,由于固体微粒对有机溶剂具有吸附作用,从而使界面张力降低,导致乳化液的形成和稳定。

Abstract:Interracial crude from solvent extraction of copper in Zijin Copper Mine were examined to find out origins of interracial emulsification. During solvent extraction of copper. The composition of solid particle and influence on interracial tension between organic phase and water phase were investigated at different pH by using XRD and intedacial tension instrument. It is indicated that solid particle is an important inducement forming the crude in extraction processing. The cruds have the tendency to adsorb organic solvent. It reduces the interracial tension. Therefore, it accelerate the formation and stabilization of emulsions.
