| 摘 要： | 通过对生产中存在的细纱出"粗纱头"的异常现象分析,提出造成出"粗纱头"的原因与粗纱假捻器、温湿度变化、胶圈的表面摩擦系数、细纱后区牵伸倍数、隔距块规格、粗纱的定量、胶辊的表面处理方式和胶辊的表面摩擦系数等因素有关,并采取各种预防措施使问题得到解决。
