摘    要:为了解不同材料摩擦时产生的声发射信号的特性,用声发射技术检测了几种材料(45钢-45钢、45钢-铜板及45钢-铝板)的试件表面发生相对运动时的动态摩擦状态。对摩擦过程中产生的参数进行了分析。结果表明,在三种不同材料产生的声发射信号中,幅度之间的差别非常明显,而且差距分布比较合理,能量与振铃计数则无此特点,从而证明了声发射幅度是表征不同材料的最佳参数。

Abstract:In order to clarify the AE signal characteristics of dynamic friction of different materials, the dynamic friction moving relatively between the samples surface of different materials(including steel 45-steel 45, steel 45- copper, steel 45-aluminum) had been detected by the use of acoustic emission. The parameters of the acoustic emission which was produced during the process of above friction had been analyzed and summarized. The result demonstrated that the distinction of the acoustic emission amplitudes brought about by the friction of different materials were distinct, the distinction distributed reasonably, and the different amplitudes followed the certain regulation. On the other hand, the energy and ring count of acoustic emission had not the obvious characteristics. It was proved that the amplitude of acoustic emission was the optimal parameter to characterize the different materials.
