摘    要:针对钢板锈蚀程度不同和生产线运行速度的不同,选择合适的弹丸流量是保证钢板表面清理质量的关键,但对弹丸流量的控制很难建立精确的数学模型.本文采用模糊控制实现对弹丸流量自动控制,提高了钢板的抛丸清理质量.

Abstract:Based on the degree of steel plate’s rust and the speed of production line,choosing appropriate projectile flow quantity is the key to ensure the quality of steel plate surface cleaning.However,it’s very hard to establish precise mathematical model to control projectile flow quantity.In this paper,fuzzy control was used to realize automatic control of projectile flow quantity.as a result,the quality of steel plate shot blast cleaning is improved.
