阻塞成本分层分摊方法研究

摘    要:提出一种针对当前超高压电网背景下快速阻塞成本分摊方法,对电力系统调度运行具有重要的意义。随着电网建设的快速发展,500 kV及以上电压等级电网构成输电网主要架构,为研究快速阻塞成本分摊方法提供了网络基础。利用最优潮流确定阻塞调整费用最小的调整方案,将网络划分为500 kV层和220 kV层,在每层进行阻塞成本分摊,选择更适合该层阻塞分摊方法,使阻塞分摊计算快速合理,并以省级大型电网为例验证了算法的有效性。

Abstract:A quick congestion cost allocation method is proposed in consideration of EHV power system,which is very significant to power dispatching operation system.Along with rapid development of grid construction,power system of 500 kV and above become the main frame,providing a network basis for studying quick congestion cost allocation.A minimum congestion adjusting cost is obtained by optimal power flow,which classifys the grid into 500 kV and 220 kV layers.Congestion cost allocation is done in each layer,the best is selected for each layer,which is fast and reasonable,the effectiveness of which is verified taking provincial large-scale power system as an example.
