广州石化聚丙烯装置扩能改造核算与实践

摘    要:为了充分利用富余丙烯,提高企业经济效益,文章对10万t/a聚丙烯装置的物料平衡、各工段主要设备能力进行了核算,对装置扩能到12万t/a提出了建议。该装置完成扩能改造投入正常生产后,运行及标定结果表明生产负荷超过了15t/t,各项性能指标达到了设计要求,扩能改造实施取得了预期效果。

Abstract:In order to make full use of surplus ethylene and increase enterprise's economic returns, some suggests were listed for revamping polypropylene(PP) plant from 100 kt/a to 120 kt/a after material balance and capacity of major equipment were calculated. The results of normal operation and cheek according to set standards indicated that the operation load of revamped polypropylene plant surpassed 15 t/h and the performances could meet the design targets, so the implement of PP plant expansion achieved the desired results.
