国外直缝埋弧焊管先进制造及质量检测技术

摘    要:介绍了国外直缝埋弧焊管先进的制造技术及质量检测技术,并与我国目前的制造及检测技术进行了对比。通过对比指出:要实现我国从钢管生产和消费大国向钢管生产强国迈进,必须进一步完善焊管制造和检验过程中的制造工艺文件、焊接、无损探伤、成品检验等一些技术细节,以提高我国直径埋弧焊管的质量和生产效率。

Abstract:This article introduced advanced technologies of manufacture and inspection for overseas SAWL pipe,and compared these advanced technologies with those of Chinese.After comparison,it pointed out in order to enter into the list of the powerful steel pipe countries from production and consumption country,it should perfect some technology details from manufacturing process documents,welding,non-destructive test,product inspection,and etc.,and this will improve quality and production efficiency of Chinese SAWL pipe.
