炭素生阳极制造系统中配料仓的创新设计

摘    要:针对炭素生阳极制造系统大容量配料仓在生产运行中普遍存在的物料偏析与悬料问题,研究并设计了一种防物料偏析的粒料仓和防“悬料”的粉料仓,论述了其结构和原理。实际应用表明,改进后的配料仓结构简单,实用可靠,解决了生产运行中出现的问题。

Abstract:As the increasing capacity of the carbon anode manufacturing plant,the more strict requirement is requested to the batching(dosing) bin in the green anode manufacturing process.To solve the problems of material deviation and bridge building,the paper introduced an anti-deviation bin for aggregate grain and an anti bridge building bin for fine material storage with innovative design in the practice,which are featured with simple construction and reliable operation.
