摘    要:电压波动和闪变是评定电能质量的重要指标,文章通过对IEC设计规范的闪变测试系统的分析,提出一种可准确计算瞬时闪变视感度的补偿迭代算法,从而计算出短时间闪变值和长时间闪变值,并基于虚拟仪器开发平台Labview设计了闪变测试系统,实际测量结果表明,该系统能在较高的精度下测量电压闪变.

Abstract:Voltage fluctuation and flicker are two important indices for power quality assessment. Through the detailed analysis on the flicker testing system given by the design specifications of IEC, a compensating-iterating algorithm which can accurately calculate the instantaneous perceptibility is put forward and then the short term severity and the long term severity are obtained. A flicker testing system based on the Labview platform is designed, the practical measuring results show that this system can be used to measure the voltage flicker with a higher accuracy.
