往复压缩机管道振动测试分析

摘    要:利用PL302双通道数据采集器对某装置4台往复压缩机管道系统进行了振动测试,采用能量分析法发现四号压缩机管道振动最强烈;并着重对四号压缩机管道的振动进行了频谱特征分析,确定了振动的原因是气流脉动引起管系共振,需有针对性地采取减振改造措施。

Abstract:The vibration of pipeline in a certain installation with four reciprocating compressors is detected with PL302 double channel data collector in this paper. By analyzing the vibration energy, the result indicates that the vibration of the fourth compressor is the most intense. And with spectrum characteristic analysis, the vibration of the fourth compressor is caused by resonance of air current and piping, which need take specific reform measures to reduce the vibration.
