| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生择业是一个就业期望与实际就业的定位一调适—谐和的过程，如何在经济体制转轨以及双向自主择业模式中，认真分析研究现状，不断探究找寻其中的特点和规律，从而提出行之有效的建议和做法，是当前高校就业机构和毕业生都十分关注的问题。

| Abstract: | The job hunting for university students is a process of "positioning-adjusting-harmonizing" between employment expectation and job-market reality. How to harmonize expectation with the reality efficiently in the situation of reforming economic structure and actualizing bi-directional free-will employment has been analyzed in the thesis by discussing the examples and problems in the current students job hunting .The purpose of this thesis is to find an effective solution to this issue. |
