| 摘 要： | 邓小平“人才尊重论”为改革开放后加强高校教师队伍建设奠定了重要思想基础,把对人才作用的认识提高到了全新的高度,在教师的选留引进、学术带头人和骨干教师的培养选拔、优秀教师的合理使用等方面都具有重要的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's Theory on "Respecting Talents" lays important ideological basis for the construction of teacher contingent in colleges and universities after China's opening-up to the outside world,which puts the understanding of talents' effect into a brand-new height and is of important guiding significance to the introduction and selection of teachers,the training and selection of academic leaders and backbone teachers,and the reasonable use of excellent teachers. |
