应用PDS实现夹套管设计

摘    要:目前PDS在化工设计行业中的应用日益广泛,而夹套管设计一直以来都是PDS管道设计中的一个难点。目前的PDS版本中并未提供专门的夹套管设计工具。在PDS中实现夹套管设计以及抽取空视图,需要对模型及相关的控制文件进行特殊处理。通过虚拟的设计区域和模型实现夹套管的内、外管设计,利用ISOGEN所提供的注释项以及详图实现内、外管的连接标识,使PDS自动生成的设计图纸能够满足设计和施工的需要。

Abstract:PDS is widely employed in chemical design field in current time.However,the design of jacketed piping is always a diffi- culty in using PDS because there is no tool to deal with the problem direetlv.To realize the design of jacketed piping in PDS,it is nec- essary to withdraw the 3-D drawing and to specially treat the model and relevant control files.The scheme presented herein utilized the virtual design area and model to realize the outer and inner pipes in jacked piping.At the same times,the noting items and detailed drawing supplied by ISOGEN were used to realize the signs of connection between inner and outer pipes.Thus,the drawing automati- cally produced by PDS can meet the requirements in design and construction.
