摘    要:为了获得用YG8硬质合金刀具加工铸铝合金ZL108的合理切削用量,运用正交实验法对影响切削热的切削用量进行了切削实验,并采用回归分析法建立了切削温度经验公式。通过分析实验结果,确定了粗加工和半精加工阶段的推荐切削用量。

Abstract:In order to obtain reasonable cutting parameters of tooling the casting aluminium alloy ZL108 with YG8 carbide tool,an orthogonal design was built and a cutting experiment for cutting parameter's influence on cutting heat was carried out.The regression analysis method was applied to get an experimental formula about cutting temperature.By analyzing experimental results,the reasonable cutting parameters for rough and semi-finishing machining were determined.
