空气中甲醇短时间浓度的检测方法

摘    要:建立了纯水低温吸收空气中甲醇、常温吹脱捕集-热解析对试样进行前处理浓缩甲醇的分析方法。采用气相色谱法氢焰离子化检测,提高了方法的灵敏度,降低了方法的检出限。当采样体积为3L时,最低检出浓度为0.08mg/m^3,分析的相对标准偏差为0.63%-4.60%,回收率99.3%~105.0%。能够满足安全生产、环境保护以及职业健康监护的要求。

Abstract:An analysis method of methanol was established by using of low temperature absorbing methanol with pure water and concentrating methanol with pre-treating sample by purge and trap thermal analysis at constant temperature. Detecting by hydrogen flame ionization detector with gas chromatography increased sensitivity and decreased detection limit. When sampling volume is 3 L, the lowest detection limit was 0.08 mg/m3, relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.63%-4.60% and recovery was between 99.3%-105.0%. The method could satisfy requirements of safety production, environmental protection and occupational health surveillance.
