风扇调速传动电控系统研究

摘    要:该文介绍的风扇调速传动电控系统,主要是由电控盒、传感器、显示面板及受控件组成.它将主要用于控制电磁阀的控制开关,改变流量,从而达到控制风扇调速的目的.通过对该系统的设计、试验、分析,获得了该系统的设计、试验方法,经过台架试验,获得了经验数据.其结果证实:系统性能满足设计要求.进一步的台架有限寿命考核试验及实车试验证明,该系统可靠性较好,满足使用要求.

The Design and Study on a Fan Variable Speed Transmission Electrocircuit Control System
Abstract:The fan variable speed transmission electrocircuit control system introduced in this paper is composed of a control box,temperature transducer,display panel and controlled parts.The fan variable speed transmission electrocircuit control system is mainly applied to control electromagnetic switch,namely dominate a flux of fan variable speed transmission device,to control speed for the fan.After giving a detailed review of the structure design,test and data analysis of the fan variable speed transmission electrocircuit control system,this paper makes the method of the structure design and related experiment.Through this experiment a large amount of test data has been obtained and analyzed.The experiment results verified that the fan variable speed transmission electrocircuit control system fits the design and the requirements.
